For over 30 years, the Dekor Pol has been creating unique confectionery decorations, combining experience with a passion for sweet details.
The family company “Dekor Pol” was established in 1993. in Zielona Góra. Its founders are Małgorzata Gajdzińska and Jacek Gajdziński, a confectionery master who has built his professional experience since the 1980s.
From the beginning, their goal was to create unique decorations for cakes and cakes that combine craftsmanship precision with artistic intuition. The first sugar flowers were made by hand in a home studio. There was no shortage of ideas, but the conditions were modest. The next step was the opening of the plant in Sulechów. With time, the company moved production to a rented hall in Zielona Góra, to finally make a dream come true – the purchase of its own, large building, which is still the main seat of the company today.

Over the years, the company has systematically expanded its assortment, adapting to changing trends. Our products go to customers all over Poland and abroad. Dekor Pol cooperates with many confectioneries, bakeries and other confectionery industry companies.
The company’s successes are the result of combining tradition with innovation, as well as the involvement of the whole family in its development. Currently, Mr. and Mrs. Gajdzińscy run the company together with their son Mateusz Gajdziński and their daughter Monika Druto, who proudly continue their family legacy, taking care of the high quality and unique design of the sugar decorations produced.
